Click on the ‘New Project’ button to create a New Project. The setting button allows to adjust the columns and the download button allows to export the table.
To create a new project, enter the Project Name, Type, Work Order (WO) Number, Purchase Order (PO) Number, Address, City, Client’s Name, Contact Details, the Field Project Manager, Client Start and End Date, WOA Start Date, Homeowner Association (HOA) Contact Phone, HOA Email, Gate Code, Lock Box Code, Original SOW Amount and Project SOW.
Basic Rules to Follow
- Address can’t be same for any two projects. It is a unique field and new project will not be created on the previously saved address.
- The WO number and PO number are mandatory.
- The Client Start Date must come before the WOA Start Date as the WOA will only begin once the client start date is finalized.
- Original SOW Amount must be added.
- Uploading Project SOW document is a must.
