The Accounting dashboard shows the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Closed but not Invoiced, Revenue, Sales per Month, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Top Ten Clients, Profit and Revenue and Revenue per Client.
- Accounts Receivable: It shows the number of payments received by White Oaks.
- Accounts Payable: It shows the total amount that White Oaks has to pay to its vendor after the vendor has invoiced the White Oaks this month and last month.
- Closed Not Invoiced: It shows the projects that have been closed but they have not been invoiced yet.
- Revenue: It shows the amount of reveune generated this month and last month.
Left Navigation:
In the side navigation for Accounting users, the following links are present:
- Dashboard: It gives an overview of the workings of White Oaks, the projects and the deadlines.
- Projects: It gives detailed information regarding the ongoing and completed projects by White Oaks.
- Payable: It is an overall view of the vendor’s accounts payable.
- Receivable: It is an over all view of the vendor’s accounts receivable.
- Vendors: This section is used to manage the vendors, onboarding them and managing their licenses status.
- Clients: This is where the clients and their details are managed.
- Reports: It allows the team to generate different types of reports.
Sales per Month
Sales per Month shows the amount of the sales being finalized in a particular month.
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable shows the amounts received by White Oaks on a certain project and the amounts to be paid to the vendors over that project.
Top Ten Clients
Top Ten Clients shows the clients which are on a higher rank as per the cost of the projects they assigned to White Oaks.
Profit and Revenue
Profit and Revenue show the amount of project made on a project and the amounts of revenue generated over that project in a certain time period.
Revenue per Client
Revenue per Client shows the amount of revenue a client has generated over a certain period of time. It could also be filtered based on months.
