The Field Project Manager (FPM) displays all the parameters related to the projects, their targets and profits. It gives an insight into the projects that are Work in Progress, the Revenues generated, the Profits made, the Targets achieved, the percentage of bonuses, the top FPM and the ranking of the FPM. The FPM dashboard also shows the Revenue per Client, Properties closed per Month and Sales per Month in the graphical form.
Main Statistics
- Work in Progress: Total revenue for all the projects that in New Active, Punch and Close state.
- Revenue: It shows the revenue being generated by the projects assigned to the FPM.
- Profit: It shows the profits earned on a project.
- Target: It shows the targets of the profit that FPM is assigned for that month.
- Bonus: It shows the amount of bonus that FPM has earned in the current month.
- Top FPM: It reveals the top FPM of the month.
- Current Ranking: It shows the ranking of the FPM in the current month.

The Left Navigation for the Field Project Manager has the following links:
- Dashboard: It gives an overview of the projects under the FPM and the basic parameter cards.
- Projects: It gives detailed information regarding the ongoing and completed projects by the FPM.
- Performance: It gives the overall performance of the FPM, the targets and reveunes and the bonus details of the FPM.
Revenue per Client
Revenue per Client shows the revenue generated by a client in a month. This could be filtered based on month and client.
Properties Closed by Month
Properties Closed by Month graph shows the number of properties that were completed and their projects was closed concerning the month.
Sales per Month
The Sales per Month graph shows the number of sales conducted by a particular client in a given month. The graph shows the Work in progress, Draw, Revenue, Accounts Receivable, Account Payable and the Materials. It also gives an insight into the gross profit of the month and the graph could be filtered in terms of month and clients.
