To add a new vendor, click on ‘New Vendor’. Add the following details of the vendor: Status, Score, Business Name, Contact Details, COI GL Expiry Date, COI WC Expiry Date, Agreement Signed Date, Auto Insurance Expiry Date, License Details, Construction Trade and Market Options.
Status
The status of the vendor has four different types: active, inactive, expired and do not use.
License
The License details include License Type, License Number, Expiry Date and a copy of the License. The License type includes Electrical, Plumbing, General Contractor, Roofing, Architecture and Mechanical. A license can also be added from the ‘Add License’ button.
If the insurance or license of the vendor is expired, the system places the vendor into an expired state.
Construction Trade
Construction Trade represents the categories of work and services involved in the construction.
Markets
Markets represent the areas covered by the vendors.
