Operational

The Operational user has the same privileges as the Admin user. It shows the Total projects, Work in Progress, Open COs, Revenue, Due Date Variance, Planned Cost Vs Actual Cost, Cost Vs Revenue, Revenue Vs Material, Workload Distribution, Sales by State and Projects.

  • Total Projects: It shows the total numbers of projects being catered by White Oaks.
  • Work in Progress: It shows the total revenue for all the projects that in New Active, Punch and Close state.   
  • Open COs: It shows the number of Change Orders that are in the open state so far.
  • Revenue: It shows the revenue being generated by the projects.

Left Navigation

In the left navigation for Operational Users, the following links are present:

  • Dashboard: It gives an overview of the workings of White Oaks, the projects and the deadlines.
  • Projects: It gives detailed information regarding the ongoing and completed projects by White Oaks.
  • Payable: It shows the amount of payments cleared by the White Oaks to the vendors over time .
  • Receivable: It shows the amount of payments which the clients have paid to White Oaks for the completion of their projects.
  • Alerts: Alerts are generated over time due to various reasons so this tab gives detailed information regarding the alerts being generated.
  • Vendors: This gives an insight of the vendors the White Oaks have.
  • Clients: This gives an insight of the clients the White Oaks have.
  • Reports: It allows the team to generate different types of reports.
  • User Management: It displays the number of users, their work, their account type and their personal details.
  • Markets: It gives details about the markets being covered, the service area and the states.
  • Project Type: It shows the types of projects being covered by White Oaks.
  • Vendor Skills: It reveals the types of vendors the company has and what type of materials do they offer.
  • Support: It has all the issues and tickets created from the support button and the admin can view it all.
  • Quota: It shows the revenue generated, targets met by the clients, profits generated and the badges received.
  • Sign-out: It will make the user leave the portal.

Total New Projects

Total New Projects shows the new projects started in the month. These include renovations, turns, occupied, roofs and others. The graph allows the user to add or remove these from the axis and display the required project. When the mouse hovers on the graph, it highlights the name and number of the projects.

Change Orders

Change Orders are shown in the graph as the amount against the months. It shows the number of payments received for the change orders in a particular month. Change Order occurs when the client wants to add additional work in the order or the vendor requires some payments for the materials.

Due Date Variance

Due Date Variance shows the projects whose are not completed until the due date. The due date has passed and there is a new completion date which is used to calculate the due date variance. The graph shows the names of the projects with their due date variance.

Planned Cost vs Actual Cost

Planned Cost vs Actual Cost graph shows the projects along with their planned cost at the beginning of the project and the actual cost estimated at the end of the project. It can also be filtered as per month.

Cost vs Revenue

Cost vs Revenue gives a clear insight of the projects along with the profits gained and the revenues generated over a certain project. It can be filtered with respect to a month.

Revenue vs Material

Revenue vs Material shows the amount of revenue generated from a project and the cost of the material being used in the project.

Workload Distribution

The Workload Distribution graph shows the current load of the project in a particular month. The project could be overdue, in progress or new. It reveals the amount of load each state and project has.

Sales by State

Sales per State shows the sales being made in a particular state in form of a graph. When the cursor is moved on a state, it shows the name of the state and the number of projects from that state. The dark tone of the states indicates that more sales have been made and the lighter tone shows fewer sales.

Sales per State – Drill Down

The Sales per State – Drill Down shows the sales based on the region. For instance: the South region has made around a certain number of sales. When the mouse hovers on the region, it reveals the region, the number of projects and the percentage of sales in that region.

Projects

The Projects section gives an overview of the projects being handled by White Oaks. It shows the Status, Address, City, State, Client and Region of the projects.
