The Vendors tab contains the Vendor Overview and the Vendor Listings.
Vendor Overview
It has details about the number of vendors White Oaks has and what services do they provide. The following graph shows the types of vendors the company has and their number.
Vendor Listings
It displays the active vendors, inactive vendors, vendors not to be used and expired listings of the vendors. The table below that shows the status of the vendors by Name, Region, State, Active Date, COI-GL Expiration Date, COI-WC Expiration Date, Auto Ins Expiration Date, EIN or SSN and the total capacity. The table allows filtering the vendors as per need or simply searching the desired vendor.
Edit Vendor Details
To edit Vendor details, click on the vendor to be changed. A modal window will open where the required details could be altered with ease.
Audit Logs
The Vendor tab also keeps records of the changes being made to the vendors and their details in Audit Logs. It shows details including the Vendor Modified by, Modified Date, Parameters being modified, Old Value and New Value. This keeps a check on all the modifications being made.
